Our flats are located in the countryside, just a short distance from the town of San Vincenzo, a few minutes’ drive from the most beautiful beaches on the Etruscan Coast and convenient for reaching the nearby villages, rich in charm and enogastronomic delights.

Our hospitality is naturally pet friendly. Antonio is a dog trainer and a great dog lover.

Podere Isabella has 4 pretty and characteristic flats obtained from a portion of the farmhouse, each with an enclosed outdoor area and a barbecue for your exclusive use. To relax or sunbathe, there are comfortable sun loungers in the lawn around the swimming pool. In a cooler area, we have reserved a space for our friends with tails to run around.

The Casa Rurale consists of four flats on two floors and a double room with bathroom. It has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and a picnic area in the shade of a gazebo, sometimes frequented by a group of curious birds, but there is nothing to fear: our hens are very friendly. In the mornings, for those who wish, we prepare a real home-made breakfast, with tarts, toast and jams made with fruit from our trees.

At both the Podere Isabella and the Casa Rurale, depending on the season, you can help yourself to vegetables directly from the garden plants grown for you.
Welcoming you and ready to assist you during your stay will be our family: Francesco and Viola at Podere Isabella, Antonio and Isabella at Casa Rurale, where we live with our dogs and cats (and chickens).
